The name ‘Mesmer’ Cakes, was derived from the word Mesmerize. The head chef (owner) coming from a background with 25+ years industry experience internationally, having worked at major leading hotels, large patisseries, bakers and cake businesses, he has gained his knowledge and experience from Australia, Japan and South Korea reaping remarkable results to many, mesmerized by his unrivalled and far surpassing produced products compared to others.
His motto and sticking by his word: ‘anything I make or gets made under my roof – only fresh, quality ingredients to be used as I would feed my own family and myself and despite producing volumes, personally screens and checks every cake that leaves production. Recently an experienced
external cake decorator visited our store/showroom and commented by saying:
“by seeing, I know if a cake is made with love and finished off with love and passion, like I can see with every cake I see here today”. Whether its cakes or even down to the coffee beans we use in house we have partnered with Bravo coffee a premium blend of freshly roasted coffee in accordance with the freshness of our cakes.
Cakes play an important part of our tradition and with mesmerizing cakes, this forms dreams and changes at your venue, all involved will perceive and will remember the traditional event, whether its to sweeten your day or a couples evening, or celebration of a baptism or birthday, graduation or wedding day, or just to show your appreciation or love to someone on mothers day. Not just limiting to cakes we stock, personalised writing on cakes to custom order or party size cakes for up to 100 are all catered for from small numbers to supplying commercially or corporate orders.
